These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of Kitchen Compass. By buying or using Kitchen Compass, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the product.

1. Who we are

Kitchen Compass is created and sold by ALCA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA, with its principal place of business at 1401 Pennsylvania Ave, Suite 102, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: suporte@alcaglobalsolutions.online.

2. The product

Kitchen Compass is a self-paced digital course for home cooks. It includes pre-recorded video lessons, step-by-step recipes, freshness check guides and printable cheat sheets. It is delivered online. No physical product is shipped. The course does not include coaching, consultations or personalised recommendations.

3. Orders and payment

• The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Kitchen Compass is charged as a single one-time payment. There are no recurring charges.
• Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds.

4. Delivery and access

After your payment is confirmed, we send your access details to the email address you entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address. If you do not receive your access email, check your spam folder or contact us. Access is for your personal use only, and you must keep your access details private.

5. License and intellectual property

All content in Kitchen Compass, including videos, recipes, text, guides and cheat sheets, is owned by ALCA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. When you buy the course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use it for your own private, non-commercial use. You may print the cheat sheets for your own use. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish, distribute or make the content available to others, or share your access with other people.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.

7. Educational purposes and food safety

Kitchen Compass provides general educational information about cooking and checking ingredients. It is not medical, nutritional, dietary or food-safety advice, and it does not replace guidance from your local health authority. The condition of food depends on many factors, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome. You should always follow product labels, storage instructions and official food-safety guidance, check ingredients for allergens, and use your own judgment. When in doubt about a food, do not eat it. You use the information at your own risk.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website or the course, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and Kitchen Compass are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the course. Our total liability for any claim relating to Kitchen Compass is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms or change this website from time to time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
